The art process is important to me. I see the finished art piece and I recall the fun of the process. Some pieces come straight to me in a completed image and I go to the tools. Others come to mind after just seeing the piece of wood or stone, metal or found object. Some are done through thoughtful moments and sketches. I enjoy each of these methods in reaching the finished piece. Staring into space is also a good technique. the creation process to the end item is the fun part of my art.
